I’m very disappointed with my experience I ordered this slipper and after placing the order, I also contacted them regarding the size When I received the parcel, the size wasn’t right for me, so I contacted them for an exchange they confirmed the exchange for size 40 and asked me to pay Rs. 350 in exchange charges However, after confirming the exchange, they have stopped responding to my messages, even when I asked how many days the exchange would take The exchange is confirmed, but there’s still no proper update regarding when I’ll receive the replacement. I hope they improve their communication and customer service.
