Exchange and Return

All items purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Article exchange is not possible in any condition & courier exchange charges apply for size issues.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange
We are offering an exchange at your doorstep. Our rider will pick up and drop the product same time at your doorstep. Courier exchange charges apply for size issues.

Return
All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred. Also, the shipping cost of the returns shall be borne by the customer. (Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.)
