They shipped my order without confirmation from my side. And when I told em that i want some changes in my order the representative said “return krdena nayi lena toh”. Such an unprofessional response this was. Disappointed.

I received my order today and heels are beautiful and comfortable but there is a little issue with the right foot heel. Wahan se thori c kharab hai maine pictures sath attach ki hai. Kindly next time is cheez ka dehan rakhiye ga.
