I ordered two pairs of shoes from Valencis in the same size. Surprisingly, one pair fits perfectly, while the other is much smaller. How is it possible for two pairs labeled with the same size to have completely different fittings? For the past four days, I have been continuously messaging and calling them, but no one has responded to my messages or answered my calls. This kind of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, be careful before ordering from this site my experience has been very disappointing, and the lack of response has made it even worse.
