The heels are beautiful, the quality is good, and they look great with almost every outfit. I'm happy with the overall look of the product.
However, my experience could have been better:
- Online payment verification took around 4 extra days, and delivery was delayed as well.
- Customer support was slow and responses took a long time.
- There was no replacement option when I mistakenly ordered the wrong color.
- The heels are much higher than they appear in the pictures and are not very comfortable. Adding the exact heel height to the product description would be really helpful.
Overall, I loved the heels, but the service and product details need improvement.

It was my first time wearing high heels, and they were surprisingly comfortable. The quality is excellent, they look exactly as pictured, and the packaging was nice too. Delivery was fast—it arrived in just 4 days from Karachi to Multan, and even my exchange was completed within 4 days.
My only suggestion is to improve the response time to customer messages. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!❤️
