I ordered a pair of heels, but unfortunately the size is incorrect. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet. This has been very disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt reply and assistance with an exchange or return.

The quality is excellent, and they look great when worn. They are very comfortable and perfect for casual wear. The design is stylish, and the overall finish is impressive. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
I recently ordered a pair of sandals. Overall I really like them.. The quality is good and they look nice. They are comfortable but the upper strap that covers the foot feels a bit tight which can be uncomfortable at times. Because of that i wouldn’t recommend them for extended wear.
Despite this minor issue I’m satisfied with the purchase because the overall quality and design are great. I would rate this 8/10.
