Okay the heels are amazing! the packaging was also great. they even sent extra gems in case you loose any which is WOW. one of the gems was loose so it had came off when i opened the package but free ones did the trick. also, the brown stuff idk what it's called, was not glued properly which i fixed tho so yeah. overall, good quality and look really really beautiful when you wear em! I'm happy ❤️
