I have ordered 2 pairs for my sister with 1 size 41 Olivia maroon heels but they delivered it soo slow then it was delivered in size 39
I have been complaining them to make an exchange for this
Firstly they are really slow to respond then after a week almost they replied that they will arrange for an replacement but its been 3 weeks there is no update on that
Not any response on WhatsApp as well
As a Pakistani brand we support our brand and we should always support our country made product but with these kind of services it was really disappointing
There material is good prices are also good but pathetic customer service and after sale service as well
Please arrange for an replacement if you can watch review here atleast
