It's my second order from Valencia, Highly recommended, quality 10/10, packaging was so safe, so comfortable, Valencia never disappoints.....

packaging was good, heels was same as shown and classy, but sadly that was not my size so i had to reutrn it , the process was a little late but they refunded my money after my request, overall its a good experience ❤️

It was my first time wearing high heels, and they were surprisingly comfortable. The quality is excellent, they look exactly as pictured, and the packaging was nice too. Delivery was fast—it arrived in just 4 days from Karachi to Multan, and even my exchange was completed within 4 days.
My only suggestion is to improve the response time to customer messages. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!❤️
